Featured Wines

  • Pinot Noir: Our family winery now welcomes fifth generation winemaker Luke Boucher as part of our father and son wine making team, producing our acclaimed Pinot Noir. Planted in 1997 on the estate's granite soils. The vines are hand pruned to produce low tonnage. Traditional winemaking skills are used including gentle hand plunging before being aged in selected French oak baroques for approximately 12 months
  • Sparkling Macedon: Our Macedon Sparkling is produced using the traditional Methode Champenoise method of making sparkling wine developed in the Champagne region of France. It differs from the other methods of sparkling wine production in that the bubbles are produced in the same bottle by a secondary fermentation process. We believe the traditional method has rewarded us with an outstanding Macedon Sparkling that was won repeat buyers.
